Defects liability period : The Supplier gives a 1 million of shots guarantee
since the installation of molds and run test complete and accepted on
Buyers factory in Uzbekistan, Tashkent, or 15 month after date of shipment
of molds.
If any trouble or malfunctions takes place with the supplied Goods and
injection molds within 1 million of shots, the technical expert from the
Supplier will ensure to make response and solve the problem within 7 days;
the parts of the molds to be needed to repair and technical labour will
be free of charge including delivery of spare/repair parts to Uzbekistan
at Suppliers expenses including round trip air tickets except hotel and
meal which is covered by Buyer.
Supplier guarantees that quality of Good supplied according to the
present Contract, is corresponded international standards and to the
current medical, sanitarian and technical level existing between producers
of this kind of Goods. Supplied Goods should be quality confirmed to
the technical requirements and standards.
